These are the full hands-on reviews we have published so far. Each one says how we tested, what worked, what confused us, and what we would fix first.
Every tool on this page was tested by hand on aibetatester.com. We only list a tool here after we have published a full review with screenshots. Nothing here is paid placement, and we do not score or rank tools.
- Perchance AI Character Chat. Free character and companion chat with no sign-up. Replies came back in 5 to 10 seconds, it remembered what we told it, and it wrote profanity-heavy fiction without refusing. The Image button ignored our prompt.
- CreatorFrames Image Canvas Composer (we own it). Free browser image editor. Exported our 2400 by 1600 test at full size with transparency and removed a white background cleanly. The Tools page tells you to register even though the editor works without it.
- Excalidraw. Free hand-drawn whiteboard with no account needed. Fast keyboard shortcuts and drawings that survive a reload. The export dialog can quietly export only what you have selected.
