Every review is done by hand. No panels, no scripts clicking through your app. Here is the process from submission to feedback.
1. You send the details
Use the free review form. Tell us what the product does, who it is for, and what kind of feedback would help you most right now.
2. We test it like a new user
We sign up, go through onboarding, and try the main things a customer would try. For AI products we push on the model too: odd prompts, long conversations, edge cases, and anything you asked us to look at.
3. You get written feedback
- First impression: what the product seems to be and whether that matches what it is
- Bugs and broken flows, with steps to reproduce
- Confusing copy, pricing, or onboarding
- What we would fix first if it were our product
4. Publishing is your call
If you want a public review, we post it on aibetatester.com after you have read it. If you want private feedback only, it stays between us.
